 Purpose

This is a non-competitive announcement for Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS): Non-Construction Projects that will be funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA’s) Office of Federal Assistance Management (OFAM).
