 Purpose

This notice announces the opportunity to apply for base and matching funds under the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program.1 The purpose of this program is to improve maternal and child health, early childhood development, and family well-being of pregnant people and parents with children up to kindergarten entry — especially those living in communities identified as at risk for poor maternal and child health outcomes — by supporting the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive high-quality and voluntary early childhood home visiting services to eligible families.
