To strengthen security and comply with federal cybersecurity requirements, HRSA has implemented identity verification for all EHBs users, including Applicants and Grantees, through Login.gov or ID.me

All Applicant and Grantee EHBs users must verify their identity as soon as possible.

If you do not have a state-issued ID, verify your identity using a U.S. Passport through ID.me:  https://xms.hhs.gov/ABaaS/sp?ExtIDPEntityID=ID.ME.3
